Complete this form only if your school is sending a select set of students to the State Science Fair. In this case individual students should not send preliminary abstracts. They must, however, submit final abstracts on the proper form by the deadline of March 15, 2010. All communications will be sent to the Teacher/Liaison, not to the individual students.
